Possessing a Ph.D. in Chemical & Process Engineering, a distinguished record of scholarly publications, and a proven ability to strategically lead and manage a technology-driven university. Supported, and supervised research and design projects in a wider discipline of chemical engineering. Adept at fostering innovation, building collaborations, and driving institutional growth to achieve academic excellence and socio-economic impact. I have served as Research office, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor, Director, Dean at University of the Punjab Lahore. I also served at BTI Bahrain as Head Chemical Technology and Vice Chancellor of MCUT DG Khan, providing leadership in its formative years and achieving significant milestones in development, governance, quality education, research, and linkages.

Won and executed NRPU projects, ensuring successful completion and financial closure. Provided administrative support to the University administration in various roles. Represented on statutory bodies of the University, including BoS, BoF, AC, and the Senate.
As Dean Faculty of Engg. & Tech., Provided academic leadership to 7 departments in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology.
A Director CCT na Director IEEE, Provided leadership to the Centre of Coal Technology. Upgraded CCT to the Institute of Energy & Environmental Engineering. Designed and launched BS, MS, & PhD programs. Served as PD for Rs. 973 million PC-1 project to construct a new building for the Institute. Managed the daily administrative matters of the Institute.
VIce Chancellor
Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology DG Khan

Provided leadership to run a newly established University as 1st regular Vice Chancellor. Developed University Vision, Mission, and a 4-year Strategic Plan. Established 3 faculties and 13 Departments, approved 21 programs, and offered 12 programs. Prepared, defended, and secured approval for PC-1 in ADP 2022-23 worth Rs. 4.6 billion for the construction of new administrative and academic buildings (3.5 lac sft covered area), new lab equipment for 60 laboratories, furniture and fixtures, transport, books, and IT infrastructure to meet the needs of BS, MS, and PhD programs. Established a governance structure (chaired 13 Syndicate, 5 Academic Council, 4 Selection Board, 9 Finance & Planning Committee, Board of Studies, etc.) and convened regular meetings. Approved service statutes and appointed regular officers on statutory positions of Registrar, Treasurer, and Controller. · Established offices for QEC, ORIC, External Linkages, Student Placement, Sports, Students Affairs, and Financial Support. Held the 1st Convocation to award degrees to intake batches of 2019 and 2020. Secured regular approval of recurring budget estimates and revised budgets by the syndicate on recommendations of the F&PC. Ensured accounts were maintained in a double-entry system and adhered to codal formalities as per PPRA. Implemented an Outcome-Based Education system to ensure quality education at international standards. Obtained accreditation for all programs from respective councils. Established QEC to ensure compliance with quality standards of HEC and accrediting councils. Ensured all schemes of studies were duly approved by academic bodies. Established student societies to foster leadership and community service spirit among students. Established student advising, medical, and sports departments. Organized national and international conferences annually. Launched the MCUT magazine and a research journal. Signed MoUs with many universities and industry organizations for mutual collaboration. Led the University's participation in Green Metric Ranking and initiated preparations for QS and Times Rankings. Finally held 1st convocation of the University to confer degrees to successful graduates of the first two intakes (2019 and 2020).
